Descripción del Equipo o Concatena
SVISION identifica a un equipo dado de alta, creando una DESCRIPCIÓN O CONCATENA empleando los 8 campos descriptivos que tenemos al agregar un equipo.
El nombre de cada campo, podrá ser personalizado en opciones de configuración, donde se puede tambien seleccionar aquellos que formarán parte de la descripción y el orden en que aparecerán
Location or team parent team
The field location allows you to record the location of the equipment.

Geographic location

Equipment supplier

Technical specifications, equipment type and custom fields of the computer

Para asociar una imagen o adjunto a un equipo es necesario primero importar al catálogo auxiliar correspondiente. Una vez importado se procede a asociarla con el equipo. Esto es porque las imágenes o adjuntos se guardan en la base de datos y de esta manera no importará que se mueva o se borre el origen de las imágenes.
IMPORTANTE: SVISION recomienda administrar el tamaño de las imágenes en no mas de 100 KB por imagen y no mas de 300 KB en archivos adjuntos, el exceder esta recomendación implica el conocimiento de que los requerimientos del servidor que administre la base de datos aumentaran y tambien el de toda su infraestructura

Equipment classification

Cost center team

Priority of the team
Allows you to rank each team based on their priority.
The priority of the team is of great utility to set filters. For example, when you generate work orders, we can set up a filter to generate in the first instance the work orders for the equipment of a higher priority.
When we register a team or to edit a team, we set the priority of the same, that can be “High”, “Medium” or “Low”. The above options are fixed, that is to say, they are not editable.
Tipo de Equipo
El Análisis de Fallas y Causa Raíz es un método que permite al administrador del mantenimiento conocer los equipos que más fallan presentan, el tipo de falla más recurrente y las causas raíz de dichas fallas, ayudándolo a tomar acciones correctivas tendientes a atacar los problemas partiendo de los más recurrentes o de mayor impacto.
El catálogo auxiliar de Tipo de Falla se organiza formando grupos. Cada grupo corresponde a un Tipo de Equipo diferente.
Al dar de alta un nuevo TIPO DE FALLA, debe asegurarse que no exista previamente y que la relación FALLA – EQUIPO se mantenga, evite colocar términos GENERICOS como, Falla mecánica o Falla Eléctrica, lo que buscamos es el elemento del equipo que presenta las fallas, por ejemplo, en una Bomba de Agua, la falla recurrente esta en el Impulsor, en el Sello Mecánico o en el Acoplamiento, siendo estos elementos del equipo que pueden determinar un procedimiento para el análisis de Causa Raíz.
Catalog auxiliary images

Al momento de crear una base de datos o una conexión nueva en SVISION, el programa solicita el nombre del servidor o IP en donde se creará o se encuentra la base de datos a la cual deseas conectarte, así como un nombre de usuario y su contraseña.
